Cerebral Palsy can be caused by injury to the

-
The infant’s skin is blue or dusky at birth
-
The infant had to be resuscitated (CPR was used) at,
or shortly after birth
-
The infant had problems maintaining temperature
after birth
-
The bag of waters was ruptured for over 24 hours
-
The infant demonstrated poor sucking after birth
-
The infant developed seizures within 24 to 48 hours
after birth, or within the first 3-4 days of life
-
There was no indication of trauma or infection
during the pregnancy
-
There was meconioum (fecal) staining on the baby at
the time of delivery
